According to the unified deployment of the provincial Party committee, on September 6, a report meeting of the provincial Party committee's publicity group for studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held. Cao Lijun, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee and secretary of the Mianyang Municipal Party Committee, presided over the report meeting. Gao Zhongwei, deputy head of the second sub-group of the provincial Party committee's publicity group, executive deputy head of the provincial Party committee's publicity department and director of the provincial Civilization Office, gave a publicity report.
